This website describes our holiday let management services. It is not an offer that can be accepted online. Our services are only provided under a written management agreement, and if anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement applies.

3. Results, projections and figures

Income figures, occupancy rates, case studies and testimonials on this site are real results from properties we manage, for the periods stated. Market comparisons use data for comparable local properties over the same period. Every property is different, and past results do not guarantee future income. Any projection we give you is an estimate based on comparable properties and stated assumptions, not a promise or a guaranteed income.

4. Information only

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Speak to a qualified adviser before making decisions about buying or running a property.

5. Using the site

You may view and share our pages for personal or business reference. You must not copy our content, photos or branding for commercial use without our written permission, misuse the site, introduce anything harmful to it, or submit false information through our forms.

6. Other websites

We link to other services such as Calendly, WhatsApp, YouTube and Airbnb. We are not responsible for their content or how they use your data.
