During this step, we provide you with a management contract where we discuss and change clauses to cater to your preferences.

After contracts are signed, we provide you with a list of items to be provided in the property, such as kitchen utensils and bedding. If you do not have any of these items, we help guide you through this process to ensure you get the best prices.

In this step we get our professional photographers into your property to take beautiful pictures. This is fully expensed by us.

The fun bit! You sit back whilst we hire cleaners (assuming you don’t have them already), list the properties and assign you your 1:1 property manager, as well as providing you with your portal logins.

Your property is now listed and your 1:1 property manager is handling everything from guest communication to cleaner liaison.
